This signature class is rooted in the Pilates principles: mind to body, precise form, deep diaphragmatic breathing, & controlled movement- combined with a modern, functional approach. This combination, while utilizing time under tension & mobility, creates a strength training approach to deeply challenge the whole body. While training the whole body, every exercise is rooted deeply in the core. All levels are welcome.
