Private Pilates Training

Personalized pilates training all in the privacy & comfort of your own home (yes, I come to you!)

Offering concierge mat & reformer pilates personal training to the Greater Boston area. Every session is different & tailored completely to your goals, body, & sometimes even your day. I offer three different styles of training (all in-home): 1:1, semi private, or a group class.

No reformer? No problem, most of my clients are mat pilates clients. I provide all of the necessary equipment for mat pilates training including weights, pilates circle & ball, resistance bands, blocks, & more.

What is my training?

I am trained by Stott Pilates- a contemporary style of pilates to develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing joints. I combine my Stott training with my own signature to create a more functional method rooted in the principles of pilates with added elements of strength, resistance, and mobility to optimize the full body.

How are the sessions comprised?

Each session is a total of 60 minutes: 50 minutes of training, 10 minutes to review the goals of our session & stretch.

How many sessions do I need per week?

This is a common question & it completely depends on your time/goals/finances. I recommend 2-3 sessions per week if working together is your primary form of movement. One session a week is a great addition to any active lifestyle or workout routine.

Is there an additional charge for travel?

Nope! My hourly rate is all inclusive - unless travel is beyond greater Boston area.

Nutrition & Health Counseling

A whole body approach to health & nutrition.

Offering nutrition & health counseling to address a wide range of concerns from general well-being to weight loss and hormonal & gut imbalances. An approach focused on not just food but lifestyle to decrease inflammation, increase energy, create a positive body image and heal from the inside out. My goal is not for you to achieve short term results with short term changes - my mission is to help you achieve your healthiest body & mind, and teach you how to sustain it.

I am a certified health coach & graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My health & nutrition practice goes beyond just looking at your food & its calories- instead we will focus on the quality of food, blood sugar balance, sleep, water, movement, & digestion in order to yield the healthiest (& most sustainable) results. I integrate a large portion of eastern medicine into my practice including Ayurveda, Chinese, & functional medicine.

All of my nutrition & health programs begin with a complimentary health intake and consultation. During this consultation we will review your health history, discuss your goals/concerns, and I will outline my program for you to review.
