“Olivia is a whole new paradigm.”

After not having a regular or routine workout schedule in years, I was motivated to set a goal (during COVID no less) to take care of myself.  I met Olivia and not only did she work with me to believe in myself (even though I had not done Pilates routinely  in years!) but worked with me at my own pace and I have never seen better results. 

This was not only a huge mental shift, but physically. I saw dramatic weight loss and body strengthening not just to my core but the rest of my body.  I became stronger, leaner and mentally much more focused and confident.  My posture was straight for the first time even with my 12-14 hour/day desk job!

For anyone who has tried to get into a workout routine but for some reason couldn’t, whether it was because your schedule is tough, you are too stressed  or other instructors have been intimidating, Olivia is a whole new paradigm.  She has been the key to my holistic success and the physical and mental changes have impacted me in indescribable ways. Even with my demanding job, I am less stressed, value myself more and strive for better.  Is there anything more you can ask for?

I’ve known Olivia going on five months now. During this time not only have I lost stubborn belly fat, raised my tush, added muscle volume, bettered my balance but I’ve also learned new ways of thinking about my overall health.

For example, I’ve added more vegetables to my diet and I’ve approached each meal with a new way of thinking. Will this sustain me for a long period of time, will it help my digestion and or where was this food sourced? Sometimes I ask myself, would Olivia eat this and modify my decisions.

Her approach to wellness is non judge-mental and she is always supportive whether it’s working out related or food related. For example, if my body is feeling off or is in pain she always has a work around. When I describe a cookie I enjoyed, she doesn’t sugar shame me. A really big bonus to The Liv Well Method is her eye for fashion and she may be willing to share skin care tips or perhaps a new perfume she is obsessing over. There is a lot of substance to Olivia and I cannot recommend her enough but you should be ready to work because she is an excellent Pilates instructor.
